IBM Advisory I/T Professional in e.business (1997 - current):

As a member of a highly skilled team, Jennifer has been much sought after as a team member for new projects. Projects have ranged in duration from a few days to over a year, with almost no down time between projects. She has worked directly on customer sites, and has been closely involved with the customer. Here are a few details for two experiences that are representative of her work. (Details on other projects available upon request)

Highlighted Experiences at IBM:
Technical Liaison and UI Team Lead for a Branch Application in a Major Canadian Bank (banking, Aug 2002)

Jennifer stepped in to fulfill a critical role of technical liaison on a key project for the bank

Performed development tasks on crucial pieces of the work: integration with the managed desktop authentication, and re-use of code received from another development team

Negotiated architecture decisions on key issues: single-sign-on, and printing, OTMA/MQ configuration

Application Architect and Team Lead for Digital Signatures Internet Application for a Major Canadian Bank (banking, July 2000 - Apr 2001)

In this project, Jennifer provided leadership to a team of 8 people during the life-cycle of the project. The solution involved the design of a distributed web application that integrated Verisign software to dynamically generate client-side digital certificates
