Great idea Jen, do you think my son could help me with a weight chart. I also need to loose 20-30 lbs and I know I cannot do it alone. I walk every day and I try to reach my goal of 10,000 steps a day and so far I can only due 3,500 steps a day. I am trying pillates and step arobics, my calves are killing me. (HA) Good luck.
