Hello,

Just a quick note to let you know that I will not have access to the Internet for at least 4 days.I am in Songpan now and JJ, Heidi and I are going on a 4-day horse trek starting tomorrow morning. we are heading to ice mountain and stopping in villages along the way and sleeping in tents. I am looking forward to it, but I know my legs are going to be SORE.
